Cancellation Policy
Please note our cancellation policy, as it is a vital part of the management of a small inn. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Reservations of one or two rooms require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Please notify us no later than 2 pm, TWO days prior to your reservation to release you from any responsibility. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged the full cost for your reservation.
With three or more rooms, a one week cancellation is required. This type of reservation requires a deposit of the the first night's accommodations at the time of the reservation. Please notify us no later than 2 pm, SEVEN days prior to your reservation to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged the full cost for your reservation.
