Cancellation/Change Policy

Please note our cancellation/change policy, as it is a vital part of the management of a small inn.  Due to our size, cancellations/changes affect us significantly.

Reservations of one room

require 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes in arrival/departure dates.   Please notify us no later than 2 pm, TWO days prior to your arrival date to release you from responsibility. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged the full cost for your reservation.

With two or more rooms,

a one week cancellation/ changes in arrival/departure dates is required.  This type of reservation requires full payment upfront to confirm the accommodations. Please notify us no later than 2 pm, SEVEN days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund, less a $25.00 per room processing fee. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your full payment.
